Transbay Temporary Terminal Facility (Block 3739)

Treadwell & Rollo performed environmental services for the new Transbay Temporary Terminal Facility, which will be used until the new Transbay Terminal is constructed.

The project was subject to the requirements of the City of San Francisco Article 22A (Maher) Ordinance, which states that construction projects Bayward of the historic 1852 high tide line and disturbing more than 50 cubic yards of soil require assessment of the site history and subsurface soil quality.  

We prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Environmental Site Characterization, and Site Mitigation Plan for the site.
