Meridian Park Towers – Phase II

Treadwell & Rollo performed geotechnical investigations for the existing Meridian Phase I and proposed Meridian Phase II projects in Sacramento. 

Meridian Park Towers (Phase I) is a 150-foot-tall office structure with two basement levels supported on a mat foundation; Phase II will be approximately 300 feet tall with two levels of basement parking and a vehicular tunnel that connects the two buildings.  The Meridian II building will be supported on a mat foundation.  A shored excavation of up to 31 feet deep will be required to accommodate the proposed building and basement level parking.
