Treadwell & Rollo performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for Parcel B of the Former Negherbon/Broadway Grand property.  The Broadway Grand Project plans to construct a mixed-use development with retail and residential components.

The purpose of the Environmental Site Assessment was to identify the presence of hazardous substances or petroleum products indicating an existing, past, or material threat of a release to the structures, soil, surface water and/or groundwater. 

We investigated past site use, reviewed the results of a search of environmental databases, and reviewed records at relevant government agencies.  In addition, our team performed a reconnaissance of the Site and surrounding area, and interviewed Site owners.  We also developed a Site Management Plan outlining soil handling procedures for the construction activities.
