The greatest danger is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that our aim is too low and we reach it. 
Mr. Hodson, P.E., LEED AP, is a Vice President/Senior Associate at Langan who manages our West Coast Site/Civil Engineering Practice. He leads both national and international projects, while currently focused on the California market. DJ provides 17 years of experience in site analysis and design, grading, drainage and stormwater management analysis and design, infrastructure assessment and design, demolition design, EIR technical reports, geotechnical engineering and environmental planning and permitting. His expertise in land development/redevelopment engineering for both the private and public sector has allowed DJ to develop a unique, client-first management style.
“The responsible management of stormwater is now one of the key factors in a development/redevelopment project” says DJ. “Negotiating space within a site for the numerous stormwater features to satisfy both client desires and regulatory requirements has become a critical design issue that needs to be solved early in the design process. The integration of our core disciplines, site/civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering, is a key differentiator for us in addressing stormwater management as more often than not the problem requires an integrated solution.”
