I enjoy translating the technical aspects of our work into clear terms that help our clients evaluate the risks and opportunities.

Since joining Treadwell & Rollo in 1997, David has demonstrated expertise in the characterization and redevelopment of Brownfield sites. His work has resulted in awards for innovative remediation services provided to large-scale Brownfield projects such as Ohlone College and the Stockton Events Center, for which Treadwell & Rollo shared the 2008 EPA Region 9 Phoenix Award.

David has more than 20 years of experience managing and conducting complex characterization and remediation projects, commercial facility permitting and closures, Brownfields project planning, pre-acquisition site assessments, litigation support and expert testimony, underground tank closures, environmental regulatory compliance audits, and air permitting.

His focus is on evaluating, characterizing and cleaning up contaminated sites including sensitive ecological areas such as wetlands, National Parks, wildlife refuges, and waterfront sites. His clients include city redevelopment agencies, private developers, marine facilities, schools, and attorneys.
