I believe the main objective of marketing is to create client value and repeat client relationships. 
Julie is more than a creative, organized and hands-on leader for the firm's marketing group. She enthusiastically participates in business development efforts and enjoys building relationships with her colleagues and those with whom she networks with at industry-related events.
"My goal is to ensure that we work together as a cohesive team, which provides a greater sense of brand consistency and credibility for the firm as a whole," Julie says.
With a background in marketing and sales for real estate, architecture and consumer products, Julie enjoys variety, which she has plenty of in her projects at Treadwell & Rollo. Her dynamic role includes coordinating proposals, managing the production of collateral and newsletters, and conducting market research and analysis in support of the firm's marketing and business development plans.
Julie is an active member of many professional organizations including SMPS, ULI, BOMA, CREW, and AMA. She enjoys traveling to other countries and scuba diving in her free time.
