Our renowned problem-solving abilities have a direct correlation to our knowledge and experience on a wide variety of projects and the excellent support from our senior staff. 
Antonio's key role at Treadwell & Rollo is a mix of mentoring and managing field personnel, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing projects that are in construction, and solving problems as they arise. He states that Treadwell & Rollo has a great support system of senior leadership in the office to help when there is need for reference or confirmation of recommendations made in the field.
"We look to provide the most effective recommendations to remediating field problems by taking into account the constructability and feasibility of our recommendations to our client," says Antonio of his approach to working with others in the midst of difficult project situations.
Antonio has more than 11 years of experience with Treadwell & Rollo, in which he has specialized in providing project management and construction observation for numerous projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Antonio has been involved in complex projects such as landslide remediation and managing services during construction for several large low-income housing and mixed-use projects and the seismic retrofitting of BART aerial structures in North Oakland and parking structures in El Cerrito and Daly City.
