I enjoy creative problem solving. 
Anke has over 10 years of experience providing broad-based human resources consulting for multi-site, international organizations in the airline and legal services industries. She was drawn to Treadwell & Rollo because the firm is a leader in an "exciting field with growth potential, smart people, and green business practices." As the sole HR practitioner here, Anke's focus is on being an employee advocate while helping the business to be more productive by attracting and retaining some of the best talent in the engineering and environmental industry.

Outside
of the office, Anke spends her time traveling--especially to Germany, where
she was born and raised. Anke is also a member of SHRM, the Society of Human
Resource Management. She has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 20 years.
