I strive to provide practical approaches to mitigate geologically complex sites.
Chris has acquired extensive experience working on a variety of geologic and geotechnical engineering investigations over the past 11 years in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. His project experience includes geologic and geotechnical site characterization for new construction and distressed properties, landslide investigations, fault location and seismic hazard assessments, and construction-related geotechnical assessments.
"It is always great to perform investigations that allow me to gain an understanding of the natural history as well as the cultural history of the areas in which I work."
Chris' typical responsibilities include the planning and management of geologic and geotechnical engineering investigations, participating within a team of project engineers and geologists, being a lead investigator for distressed properties or geologic hazard impacted sites, and supervising staff, project geologists, and engineers during the course of the investigations.
