I think I work best on complex, fast-track projects that have a lot riding on them.

Phil's career, begun in hydrogeology, has evolved along with the environmental engineering industry so that today he specializes in "redevelopment, Brownfield remediation, litigation, and site characterization and cleanup."

He also has experience in the development of groundwater resources and construction dewatering, and the management of major environmental remediation projects, including Federal Superfund sites. His clients include law firms, multinational developers and manufacturers, municipalities and banks.

Phil sees Treadwell & Rollo as "a firm of broadly skilled professionals focused on delivering the most appropriate and highest level of engineering and service to clients." He has served as the senior technical resource  of complex environmental programs and as an expert witness on issues ranging from soil and groundwater contamination to redevelopment and property valuation issues.
