The Asian Art Museum occupies the former main library building in San Francisco. Treadwell & Rollo, a Langan Company, in a joint venture association with Olivia Chen Consultants, provided geotechnical, foundation, and ground motion design criteria for the seismic retrofit of the existing structure and the design of the new addition. The joint venture also provided geotechnical consultation and observation services during final design and construction phases of the project.

Once part of the San Francisco Bay, the site for AT&T Park was reclaimed by a series of fills that occurred between 1860 and the 1920s. Treadwell & Rollo, a Langan Company, developed earthquake design criteria, participated in the development of the environmental impact report and assisted with the structural evaluation of the bulkhead retaining structure.
